We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of the latest updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. fk10 operates as an entertainment platform and does not provide financial advice or guarantees of any kind. Where both English and Bangla versions of this agreement exist, the Bangla version shall take precedence.
To open an account with fk10, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only create one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are directly accountable for all activity conducted through your account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the fk10 support team immediately.
For identity verification (KYC), fk10 may request a copy of your National ID or passport. Verification may be mandatory before withdrawal processing or large transactions. fk10 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of verification failure or submission of incorrect information.
You must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations while using the fk10 platform. Engaging in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts, hacking the system, or any form of manipulation may result in legal action.
Using automated software, bots, or any artificial means during betting or gaming is strictly prohibited. Attempting to exploit any bug or technical flaw in the platform will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds. fk10 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
You may not manage an account on behalf of another person, nor allow anyone else to use your account. The platform is strictly for personal entertainment purposes — commercial use of any kind is prohibited. Representing yourself as an employee or agent of fk10 is also strictly forbidden.
All financial transactions on fk10 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, fk10 supports mobile banking services widely used in Bangladesh — such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — along with other approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as shown on the platform.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Processing typically takes 1 to 5 business days, though it may take longer in exceptional circumstances. Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Bonus or promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, as detailed in the relevant offer's terms. fk10 is not responsible for transaction delays caused by incorrect payment information provided by the user. fk10 reserves the right to place payments on hold during an investigation into suspicious transactions and may share relevant information with the appropriate authorities.

Fk10 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, special, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. Where applicable law does not permit such limitation of liability, the minimum liability permitted by law shall apply.
All content on the fk10 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of fk10. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes. fk10 reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of these intellectual property rights.
Fk10 bears no responsibility for third-party links or services. Any external website or app displayed on or linked from the fk10 platform is solely responsible for its own operations, privacy policy, and content. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before use.
Fk10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. In particular, accounts may be closed immediately in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or legal obligations. Once an account is closed and any investigation is concluded, the process of returning any verified balance will be initiated.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Upon processing a closure request, any pending bets or transactions will be settled first before the final balance is resolved. In the case of voluntary account closure, the user's legitimate funds will be returned.
Fk10 may partially or fully amend these terms at any time it sees fit. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed on the platform and we will also make efforts to inform users by email. If a user continues to use the platform after the updated terms take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between the parties will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in a competent court of Bangladesh, and both parties agree to that jurisdiction.
